Pros

Loved being able to work with adolescents. No age cutoff for kids with Autism.

Cons

Benefits are awful, no sick days, no covid days, high caseloads (10+), minimum billing of 130 hours per month, no RBT leads to help BCBAs, BCBAs have to make their own stimuli and materials, no support from management, stingy on buying items for the clinic that benefit the kids, etc.

Pros

Coworkers are great but I feel as though we get along because of the bond we create ourselves. Not because of the company. There's great exposure to OT and SLPs that do run their therapy efficiently. Great teamwork between staff that are on the floor. Flexible hours if you're going to school.

Cons

The trauma bond is real. They don't treat staff as individuals or reinforce their RBTs enough. They have been stretching everyone so thin to where the burn out comes quicker and turn over rate happens so fast. Not because the field we are in but the lack of training, communication and over all just taking it day by day instead of planning everything out. YOU NEED TO SPEAK UP or you will get left behind quickly. They are so money hungry that you forget you're even doing therapy. The higher ups are only worried if the clinic looks clean and presentable to potential parents. It's lost its passion for the kids and hope they get it back. I'm only giving this 3 stars because of all they have done for me.

Pros

The kids and the other RBTS

Cons

corporate is not productive at all, they make visits to clinics and nothing is changed. The CEO seems to think a lot of change is happening with clients but its not, ABA is suppose to be to transition children out of therapy but there are clients that have been there for years. Sad. they care more about the money than the clients.
