Pros

TherapyNotes is a really fun place to work. The culture is awesome with free snacks and lunches, you're free to express yourself and everyone is so friendly and helpful. We feel like a family. The work is busy but manageable as long as you stay focused. Compared to other Sales jobs, the stress is lower since the software is such a valuable tool for the client so it makes our job a little easier but we still have to stay on top of our game and deal with frustrated customers. Overall, there is a really good work/life balance and I feel excited to come to work each day. The company also continues to grow.

Cons

There can be a lot of work/calls to get done in a small period of time but the team is always willing to lend a hand if needed.
