Pros

eROI has some of the nicest, most talented and capable people I've ever worked with. Flexible hours with work from home options. Good work with a variety of clients. Dogs in the office, beer and water kefir on tap, generous education/networking budgets. Very supportive of professional development. Family friendly and paid maternity leave. The team right now seems very excited about moving the company forward and making the work better.

Cons

Fast paced and can be a little high stress at times.

They have some great talent there.

Cons

In the past year, there have been many who have either been forced out or left the agency on their own. Many of those were from senior leadership. The level of infighting and lack of core values is really apparent when you've been around for a while, people are promoted based on seniority and not on experience. A few of the senior leaders have only worked at this agency and maybe one more; so lack the experience and an objective point of view on how to build a great team. Also not all teams are created equally and treated as such, the agency is divided by the account they work on and creates an us against them mentality.

Pros

The people there are generally super nice, they may not be the best at their job, but Ryan does a great job hiring people who fit culture wise. The company cares a lot about Diversity. There's a lot of potential to be promoted quickly and advance your career.

Cons

a LOT of turnover (multiple senior members of Leadership have left every year for the past three years). At best a glorified email production agency, that can't set a goal or direction that they want the company to go.
