Pros
The people who work here are great. Depending on the client and team, it can be a really great place to work for a few years. I have been on really great teams that created awesome work but that's not consistent throughout the office.
Cons
The leadership seems to be always trying to find their footing. There's a lot of turnover throughout the agency and recently within the Senior Leadership Team. The leadership team seems to function very separately from the rest of the company, which is hard for as small of a company as it is. There is a lack of energy and enthusiasm in the office. The departments can be pretty separated and are run fairly independently. Often the office can seem desolate as many people work from home frequently.
