In a cool area. Good dental plan.

Cons

Account Directors act as Creative Directors. Unorganized teams. Ego driven management. Unwillingness to evolve. Creative is treated as production workers.

Great little agency doing interesting work for some really cool clients. The leadership team is essentially all new in the last 6 months, and seems aligned with each other and eager to change things that weren't working well.

Cons

Still working out some kinks that you'd think would have been figured out by now considering the company has been around for 15 years, but nothing too major.
