Pros

Great experience working with high risk youth. I learned a lot about myself and gained great experience.

Cons

Employees are not supported by supervisors or management. Therapists are constantly tearing down employees and having them "work on themselves" instead of supporting and providing constructive criticism. I always felt attacked personally and professionally. It is a challenge working with high risk youth, and not all houses feel very safe.
