      Pros

      This company knows how to work hard & play harder. We're quickly growing, so it's super exciting to be a part of. TTT still has a start up feel, but in a good way. Your voice is heard, & every single person's role is very important towards the company's success. Our team is a very close knit family & management has done an incredible job hiring (especially our new CEO!). I'm constantly impressed with everyone's skills & coming on board was the best decision I've ever personally made for my career. The brands under the TTT umbrella are extremely high quality & are hands down the best on the market. I love working for a company that promotes & cares about fitness & wellness... especially for their employees. I'm very excited for the future of our company!

      Cons

      We're very busy everyday because of the fast growth! Sales goals are feasible, but be prepared to grind.

      Pros

      Management is awesome. They are relatable, smart, and really care about their team as much as where the company and brands are headed. The design and marketing teams behind the product are so impressive. The company culture is one of the best I have experienced. You can tell that the future is very bright for the company as a whole.

      Cons

      Since the company is growing significantly, every day and every year is different than the last. You have to be flexible and open to change if you want to enjoy working at this company. Hitting your quarterly goals is also not a very easy feat.

      Pros

      33 Threads is a growing company with a ton of potential. The management team is supportive and cares about your career growth. The health & fitness industry is booming and for me creates an exciting and positive place to come to work everyday. The company often hosts fun events to celebrate successes & hitting our goals as well as team bonding. Love the monthly yoga & barre classes at the office! I enjoy working with my team and its apparent that we are invested in our jobs and the success of the company. Recently brought on a new CEO to focus on big picture.

      Cons

      Lots of work to do - not a bad thing! Some growing pains, which is expected in a rapidly growing company.
