Pros

I've been full time for 3.5 years. The company still has that small start-up feel (in a good way) even though it's quickly growing through that phase. Employees have good relationships and genuinely care about each other. It's a fun fast paced environment. The team values giving employees opportunities to advance and move inter-departmentally if it better fits their skills and interests. We are a hard working, goal oriented, but casual crew. Everyone is expected to roll up their sleeves to get the job done...whatever that means on a given day.

Cons

The company is growing fast and taking advantage of new opportunities, new channels, new products, new customers.. If you're someone that likes 'routine' or rigid long term plans, you'll need to be ready to be more flexible and nimble.

Must warn - Worse company I have ever worked with

Pros

Most of the employees are great, fun, and friendly

Cons

Highest employee turnaround I have ever seen. Poor benefits. Upper management is horrible to employees, offensive, bullying, and throws child-like tantrums. They do everything possible to hold employees back, micro-manage, and make their jobs harder/unmanageable. Quarterly goals are never met which = no bonuses. Tries to sell themselves as a lifestyle company, when actually they cut corners and do everything as cheap as possible. Example: Xmas parties are always on a Thursday night to cut costs.... Constant mistakes with payroll/job titles. Some borderline (or not so borderline) illegal practices. All around hostile work environment.

Pros

Free socks, and that's about it.

Cons

Dealing with an Ops/accounting team that act like it's Junior high. Back stabbing, crap talking, snide remarks constantly about anyone and everyone. As a whole- No real direction, fly by the seat of your pants, ride a fine line...
