Company without a heart - Buyer Beware

Pros

Free QC grip socks, yoga classes, company lunches at times when quarterly goals are met. Black Friday is a holiday. Nothing special.

Cons

Prevalent backbiting, lack of trust, micromanagement, favoritism, employees laid off due to move to Mexico so the owners can fatten their wallets, low pay.

Pros

I have been working here for almost three years and have seen the place grow like crazy! I think perhaps the people with the bad reviews would have been better off doing their job and they would have been successful here.....you know who you are! I really like the people I work with, I like being able to take yoga classes at work, its great when we hit our sales goal and have company functions, but yeah of course every company that grows really fast has its problems. I think most people deal with it really well!

Cons

It can be a bit stressful, but what growing company isn't?

The facade wears off quickly...

Pros

Being a part of the yoga/pilates/barre world, the office attempts to embody the "namaste" vibes; occasionally offering classes hosted in the building or discounts at studios in the area. Aesthetics are a main focus. They offer monthly breakfasts for birthdays and lunches for special occasions.

Cons

Lack of trust in your skillset and "high school-esque" cliques make it an uncomfortable environment. Doesn't matter of you work long hours or excel at your job, if "they" don't like you it's not going to work out...
