      Jobs there r very GOOD and u learn alot about how to use tools. Gives u great experience

      The main downside is the heat or cold. Certain areas are NOT temperature regulated.

      Insurance used to be free, but still better than most. If union membership was at 90% participation no doubt would be one of the highest paid in NC. The strength is in numbers. Should offer profit sharing
