      Co-workers are some of the hardest workers around. They should be the highest paid in North Carolina.

      Cons

      Management has no clue what goes on. Constantly push employees to go above and beyond.

      Staff is nice People are willing to help you' The pay is great The hours are manageable

      There are really any cons except waking up early but you'll get use to that

      You get several holidays off, which is great. You do have a chance to post for different positions, which is also positive. Something to look forward too. At least you're not stuck in a position that you don't like forever.

      Cons

      Trying to get to another position, if you don't have seniority.
