      Biased attitude and docked pay turned me against Thompson Hospitality

      Pros

      It was a decent restaurant, so I had high hope of growing my career here in the long tun. Sadly, things didn't go as planned.

      Cons

      I was severely disappointed by my experience here. The manager was awfully biased and seemed to have a grudge against me. My workload was stressful and exhausting, and no additional help was available. Working brutal hours also meant a poor work-life balance. These horrible people also docked my pay instead of rewarding me for additional work. That's when I decided to quit.

      Easy to get the job, pays on time, good food

      Cons

      They said they would hire me as one thing, never trained me as that thing, kept me as a food runner instead. Seemed dishonest. Made waitstaff share tips with the kitchen, managers didn't communicate well with each other
