There's nothing good about this company! You're better off working somewhere else!

Cons

The way management treats employees is simply unacceptable! They act as if they own us, and expect us to meet their insane demands without complaints! We have to put up with overwhelming workloads and brutal hours, and they don't care if we're burnt out and exhausted, because all they care about are themselves.

None. You're better off finding another company to work for instead of Thompson Hospitality.

Cons

Management thinks they're superior compared to everyone else and boss employees around. They often give insane demands that are sometimes impossible to meet. The only reason people respect them is because of their position, they have zero skills and rely on employees to do their job for them.
