Pros

There are literally no words that can be positive about this company. They have getting away with their fly by the night routines for the longest time without regards for human beings.

Cons

They do not walk the walk while talking about the policies that are not worth the paper it's printed on.

Your input, and the feedback from all of our associates and applicants is vitally important to us and we always want to provide the best experience for our associates. The company is committed to providing and promoting an atmosphere in which associates are protected from any and all violation of Company Policies, Federal and State Employment Laws. The Company will take appropriate action to prevent, correct, and where warranted, discipline behavior that violates its Policies to include Federal and State Employment Laws. Thank you.

Pros

They pay way above industry standard. But that is all they have to offer. I went above and beyond my job duties with zero appreciation.

Cons

Benefits are expensive and lackluster, Corporate HR office doesn't know weather they are coming or going. Zero direction or follow through. The corporate office fly's by the seat of their pants and have zero plan laid out to help facilities become successful. They make decisions then change their mind just as fast. When things are finally looking as if they will get normal they toss another stick into the spokes and derail any forward progress. They allow food service professionals to run their facilities division and it shows. They have zero respect for skilled labor and give no help in retaining a skilled workforce.

Pros

Decent pay. There are a few good people still working for the company that keep the company afloat.

Cons

Managers are not treated like valuable assets, but more like mules. There is no work/life balance, you are expected to be on-call at anytime day/night/weekend. There is no training or professional development. There are a few great people left in the company and those people aren't treated well by upper management. High stress environment and the company is completely financially driven with no attention paid to boosting employee moral.
