Like every company, health insurance is available but we have to pay a part of it!

Cons

Seriously can't take how the manager treats us! The disrespect and lack of empathy to employees were awfully discouraging. It doesn't matter how stressed we are, we're still forced to work until everything's done and they're satisfied. Management's very brutal!

This is a minority-owned company. It is a great place to work for me and my coworkers or all friendly including the staff members also nice pay.

Cons

The only cons I can think of is the fact that we are off a couple months during the summer in a couple months during Christmas break but other than that everything is great
