I've worked for Thompson Hospitality for over 3 years and I absolutely love working for this company. There is a lot of room for growth and promotion. They have strong senior management that is always willing to help.

Cons

Being a manager can be stressful at times, but that's with any management position.

They didn't have a problem with hiring family members.

Cons

They transferred me to another position that was supposed to come with a huge salary increase. After three weeks I discovered the move was lateral with no increase in income.
