Health insurance is affordable and offered to servers

The organization has more managers that are poor at what they do than good. They don’t care about fixing problems that concern employees. They do not pay cash at the end of your shift, you have to wait until the next day to have it deposited on a debit card. They do not pay on time. If I work 4 shifts in a week, 3 of those shifts I have to reach out and ask to be paid. Personnel in headquarters is extremely disorganized. They are responsive until you are persistent in asking them to fix problems.
