There are a lot of good people here who suffer under the management.

Cons

The leadership here at Thompson Hospitality is horrendous and fosters a toxic work environment that makes employees' lives miserable! Our managers are extremely disrespectful and toxic, and they are very abusive and rude, especially toward us employees. The extremely awful leadership in this company should definitely be avoided.

working at Thompson is good because you can make your own schedule.. work with many ppl.. you can choose what position you want.. everyday is the same but it's not the same at the same time.. room for advancement.. can attend school while you work

semester breaks are great but summertime can hurt your pockets if you don't have a plan B
