Facilities Management Side: Corporate and "Currently Contracted"

Most middle management and below have great people, good benefits like healthcare and dental both, consistent corporate structure, a lot of job opportunities in the hospitality section,

Cons

Senior leadership is very "boys club" style and only seem to focus on themselves, the facilities management side will not be honest about the status of their contracts-saying that the contract is secure when it's been month to month since before they posted the job listing, you need to track your hours and double check your time sheets to ensure youre paid properly, no information is ever given from the top down until the information has already been fully revealed via rumor, higher management is always doing damage control over misinformation because of this, the corporate method of restauraunt management is not condusive to long term employment.

I can literally say is a good ride, I get to have fun and get paid for what I do. Yes! It could be tiring but it’s a job

I love working here. The team is like family and we all work together and help one another out. Management is amazing they are there when we need them.

Ticket times Need happy hour or some type of specials at least 2 to 3 times a month.
