There's been more turnover in the corporate office and management than hourly employees. Thompson continues to hire people who have no concept of what his vision really is. He will never accomplish this goal if he doesn't sit down and speak with his managers in a professional manner.
They make false promises. Paid time off is use it or lose it. They are always short staffed. If you have a passion you will get suckered in to do all that you can w/o much support or thank you. They still owe me but I know I will never see a dime. Corporate office has one thing in mind.. short term success, treat managers like dirt, blame, deflect and set expectations really high. If anyone post a review with a bunch of pro's they are from the corporate office themselves. I'm sure HR has a hand in it. There's no need to talk down on this company. It speaks for itself. These are the facts. Apply somewhere else. Do not believe anything they tell you during the interview. You will be underpaid and overworked. They fired the marketing and training directors. HR is arrogant and on a power trip. The 8th director of operations or district manager in 4years doesn't have the courage to stand up for his managers. They went to a different payroll company called "Ultripro".. Staff wasn't getting paid right for weeks. It got so bad that they started to lend money out of the safe. Many people have left after dealing with so much crap. Let anyone from corporate office speak and they will deny or minimize these issues with a straight face. it really is sad. I actually had a lot of respect and high expectations when I was first hired. To be employed there for almost 5yrears, I think I know a thing or 2 about the company.
