Pros

Diverse Work environment. That is the only positive that I have.

Cons

They expect a lot out of the managers without giving them the tools to succeed. I would not recommend being a manager at one of the restaurants because they have no direction. For example, American Tap Room could run a lot smoother but they are so focused on copying other restaurants. They are constantly changing the menu to look like Jackson's or Rustico instead of being original. If you are going to try and carbon copy the restaurant on the same street, at least try and make the food better. This restaurant is in an area where being unique would do wonders. If you don't believe me read the Yelp reviews. Every other review posted ranks the food as lackluster with poor direction.

Pros

Great people and talent. Very little micro-management. The company is working hard to improve services and work environment. The companies has implemented and have been researching great new products in the area of collaboration, performance management, onboarding, recruiting, and communications to enable better business processes and a more positive experience for all employees. It has been a good place to work and I look forward to a successful employment relationship.

Cons

No, cons! I see opportunities for improvement and growth. And that is with every company. There are always opportunities to improve.
