Pros

You learn a lot when you are left to do everything yourself.

Cons

I burned out very quickly as I encountered challenging circumstances and received no support. At one point I asked for leave citing mental health challenges including the use of substances. The company asked me to return after four weeks. Within a year I was terminated without notice and provided three months of severance.

Pros

Great diversity, very inclusive, amazing benefits, such as volunteer PTO, mental health days, Juneteenth, company culture, business agility

Cons

With any company it depends on the team leadership some are great and others not so much, common lay offs every two years, encourages education and increased skill set for work, but doesn't pay for it or give time off for it.
