Pros

Great work life balance (I work long hours but do have an abundance of paid PTO) overall good culture.

Cons

Not much career development planning historically, lower pay than industry average (by quite a bit) heavy workload, lot of attrition

Pros

It was a great place to work before they acquired Reuters. Glad I left before they closed the Rochester office.

Cons

cost cutting is the number one objective. they will out source anything and everything on a whim. customer service takes a backseat to anything that will effect upper management bonuses. closed Rochester office with absolutely no concept of of effect on Business.

Pros

* Wonderful, supportive culture across all locations and business units * Real commitment to flexibility, diversity & inclusion * Market leader in everything it touches & willing to invest resources continually to stay that way * Large enough to provide a lot of opportunities * Senior leadership is genuinely enthusiastic about what they do and company mission; also genuinely good leaders (both together is rare)

Cons

* Remarkably siloed by country for such a global company * Addicted to major reorganizations every Q4 (though last year's may have been big enough to hold off for a year) * Keeps trying to define one single message for the entire gigantic corporate entity (answer company! no, we're a software company! no, we're a platform company!) when no one outside the company cares * Reorganizations have only made the company more Byzantine and siloed; used to be two big business units that never talked to each other (and didn't need to), but now has three big business units that are set up to not talk to each other but actually DO need to
