Pros

Free health insurance, levels to get pay bumps, yearly increases, though not a lot. Christmas bonuses

Cons

Management lacks in a lot of departments. No room for growth once you cap out. Says they hire from within, but rarely do.

Pros

When I first got started, I noticed how everyone was so friendly. I figured it was a fluke since I was new. Now that I'm a year into working here, everyone is still just as nice as when I first started. Also, the company is experiencing major growth that doesn't appear to be going anywhere for years. So long as you're ok with the pressure of growth (and the rewards), this is the place for you!

Cons

The pressure of growth can be challenging and isn't for the ones wanting to skate by doing the bare minimum. If you're wanting to work for your career, this is your place to be!
