Pros

A ton of growth potential. Almost every department has certification levels that provide the ability to receive ongoing pay increases which is in addition to companywide scheduled pay increases. Since I've been here, they have offered end of year bonuses. Great people to work with.

Cons

Grew out of current facility too fast but new parking and building is underway- light at the end of the tunnel.
