Pros

Plenty of Hours Room to learn new skills Take breaks when you want 4x10 hour shifts one day off a week

Cons

Repetitive work everyday Shift times are too long and too early for most people. Don't try to grow their employees skills and careers early enough Large difference in work culture between the office employees and production and warehouse. Office employee seem to be treated better.

Pros

Thorne is structured for those who see and want the Big Picture: Company care, large growth, job security, great benefits, one of the best companies in the low country to be at.

Cons

Cons for some people: If you are a slacker or feel you should be owning the company after 6 months do not bother to apply (This is a manufacturing company, yes, you will actually have to work for your paycheck, and earn your own growth within the company). Most of the bad reviews stem from people that fit into the two categories above (slacker or impatient).
