Thoughtexchange is a company that truly cares about their people and has built a highly inclusive, highly engaged culture driven by a leadership team that is vulnerable and empathetic.

Cons

While Thoughtexchange is 10+ years old, it's very much a startup culture - you need to be comfortable with change and agility.

Great work culture, genuinely values people and their contributions - big or small. I come from the nonprofit sector and feel like I can still live in my personal values while working for a for-profit and do good in the world.

Cons

You have to be willing to give and receive feedback regularly - it's what makes Thoughtexchange so wonderful as a company.
