Pros
-incredibly smart, wonderful, caring colleagues -constant change (some love this, some don't) -great product that really works when implemented correctly -flex time -great vacation/PTO policy -amazing life coach on staff -true dedication to ADE&I efforts -fantastic CPO and People team who really care about the employees and culture
Cons
-a lot of external hiring instead of internal promotion/growth support -hiring of new leadership who "don't drink the kool-aid" which can be either positive or negative depending on how you look at it -senior leadership no longer have a pulse on their teams or staff morale (not all of them, but definitely some)
