Pros

Knowledgeable peers and a fast-paced schedule means that you have plenty of room to grow and develop as an engineer. Given the startup nature of the company, there is ample opportunity to take ownership of aspects of the product.

Cons

Flexible work schedule means you may be needed at odd hours.

Pros

- Many of the most innovative sales minds that do not simply run a playbook. Actually know how to prepare, craft, and execute a variety of sales cycles - Impressive comp structure for performance & over attainment- some of the best that I've seen - Broader team genuinely wants the customer & sales team to succeed to meet the large goals communicated broadly

Cons

No room to hide. Company uses their own data & analytics software to find areas of improvement and does not fail to act to improve.
