Employee's are truly biggest asset!

Pros

Our company continues to challenge the status quo yet stick to our values and family like culture in which it was built. The President and Vice President meet with a group of employees monthly to receive feedback, listen to employees, and make quick changes to set up our teams for success. They work with the leadership councils of the different teams to continuously have the pulse on what is going well and what improvements we can make for our customers, company, and fellow employees. Employee's are truly more than just a number!

Cons

The only con is the small group of employees who don't like change and when changes are made that are best for the entire team they don't give them a chance. The good news is the team easily identifies these individuals and aren't afraid to work with them to understand the changes. If they don't get on board, leadership isn't afraid to make changes that are the best for the entire team.

Pros

Amazing culture that you have to experience to believe. Everyone is genuinely positive, happy, and truly wants the best for you as an individual. They provide all the tools, equipment, and training needed for a team leader to succeed. Our #1 priority is making sure our customer are happy with the work that was completed and wowed by our service. If you are a leader and can embrace and ever changing environment this is a great place for you. No one individual is greater than the whole, I've seen 3 top producers let go because they were negatively impacting our culture, pretty refreshing if you ask me.

Cons

Out of town travel in production department averages about 50%, which can be tough if you don't have a supportive family. Work life balance is tough, but the trade off is great pay

Pros

I love the family atmosphere! Although the company is growing, they make a point to continue to get to know all their employees and have a true sense of caring for their employees. Every decision is made with the company's values in mind and the actions the company takes mirror their mission and values. The entire company works as a team and employees are recognized for their contributions. I'm excited about my job and look forward to coming to work every day. The passion they have for their customers and employees is contagious!

Cons

Due to growth, there are currently some space constraints, but they are being resolved. Growth is a good problem to have!
