      Great Culture! Awesome structure to support those that put in the work. The business system is top notch that puts its people first. A true visionary company with goals, objectives, and standards for all.

      Cons

      If you are not prepared to work hard and drive for success, this team will not be a good fit for you. Only winners on this team!

      Best Place to Work for Company Culture

      Pros

      Thrasher is one of the best workplaces because of the company culture. From day one, you can tell your managers and leaders care about you as an individual, not just a number. They take time to help develop you into the best person and employee you can be. Putting their employees first, they know when taking care of us, we will take care of our customers, no doubt. They believe in the "right person, right seat," so if you are the right person to work here and fit the culture and values, they will help you find the right position best for you. It feels like family here. I love my job and see myself staying here for a while!

      The building could be a little warmer.

      Pros

      At Thrasher you aren't just another number, you're apart of the family. They really do care about their employees and their families. They have great benefits after you complete your 90 days, and training is well thought out. You don't feel left in the dark about things and if you are unsure no one makes you feel like you asked a dumb question

      Cons

      Not really a con, but you will be challenged everyday to bring your A game and to push yourself to better and grow as a person.
