      Pros

      10 years into my career and I can confidently say that I have never grown more in my career than I have in the past 2 years at Thrasher. The level of vulnerability and trust that the company asks of each employee can be uncomfortable to get used to, but once you've built that trust with your manager and coworkers, fireworks happen! My husband is continuously impressed with the pep I have in my step since being truly motivated by goals that my team and I are actively working towards. The vision of this company and its leaders is inspiring. Additionally, this culture motivates me to give back to the community around me. I have been much more involved in my church and always have an eye out for community activities for myself and my children. The people I surround myself with at Thrasher truly do challenge me to be the best version of myself, which permeates through my home life. If you are looking for purpose in your work, you should really look to see if Thrasher has the right opening for you!

      Great Family, Great Company, Great Pay

      Pros

      The people and the culture within the company are great. This job and company breeds a high standard through great relationships internally. Thrasher is always giving back to the community and working hard to help homeowners get a higher quality experience when working with a contractor.

      Pros

      Thrasher is full of great, hard working and all around fun people who embody the core values of the organization. Relationships are strong & they treat everyone like family. It's an awesome culture to be apart of! Pay and benefits are very competitive. Thrasher is truly the best place to work in Omaha, hands down!

      There is a great cafe on sight where I can easily spend money for lunch!

We believe in high expectations, but it's hard to get bought in to a vision when you don't have the relationships so I am glad to know that you have solid relationships at work!
