Pros
I have worked for Thrasher for over 10 years. I have had the opportunity in various roles to see the inside workings of the company and understand what drives it forward. Through all the years, the different things it has tried for employees and customers, and the decisions management has made, I understand that their hearts are motivated by what is best for the employee and the customer - sometimes to the company's detriment. When they make a change to hours, service, pay or anything like that, they labor over it to make sure it works best for all. I know it to be fact because I've been in on the conversations and I've seen it with my own eyes. I appreciate the transparency of Glassdoor and respect others' experiences and opinions on this page, but it has disheartened me to see some recent reviews. So, I felt compelled to write a review for the company that has treated me with fairness, respect, and honesty since I started. Thrasher gave me a chance when I didn't have a lot of choices and has helped developed me both personally and professionally. No company is perfect, but this one tries with everything it has to be a great place to work.
Cons
Thrasher has high expectations for its employees. I don't think that's a con because it calls you to a higher standard for yourself, but I could see some may not like that.
