      The Thrashers are genuinely good people who care about their employees, customers and community. As an employee of 6 years I have witnessed tremendous growth and opportunity with Thrasher Basement Systems and it truly is a great place to work.

      Pros

      I love the people that I work with. I love that we are on the cutting edge and never satisfied with the status quo. I get a lot of satisfaction out of my job. I am friends with my co-workers.

      Cons

      If you are looking to just punch the clock and do the minimum standard you won't fit in very well here. Customers are definitely a priority so you have to satisfy even the difficult ones.
