      Pros

      This is a forward thinking company that manages to mix all ages working together. Family based and it shows! The owners care about each and every employee and that is rare in today's workplace. The benefits are very good. Customers are treated with respect-from the first phone call all the way through to the finished job.

      Cons

      The growth of the company makes for lots of changes and sometimes that can be difficult.

      Pros

      In the System Design Specialist position (sales rep), there is a bit of travel required, but along with that lots of day-to-day work schedule flexibility. Going into the office is only required on Monday mornings for meetings. Outside of that you have as much connection with coworkers and management as you decide. Coworkers are extremely supportive and go out of their way to provide answers and help when needed. Compensation is more than fair for what is required in the SDS position. There are opportunities to grow into more responsibilities if wanted.

      Cons

      Reimbursements for business expenses does need a bit of a revamp to be more competitive with other companies, but that would be my only suggestion.
