- Bring Your Learning Mindset - There is always enough work to do, so if you have a learning mindset, Thrive is the place to be. What is unique about Thrive is you can easily expand and grow into new roles and responsibilities with no prior experience. As long as you're doing a good job, it's yours for taking. - Excellence - Extremely smart people to work with. People work hard and excellence is demanded out of everything we do. Arianna always encourages people to speak up if things are not going as expected and actively unblocks people. - White Space - We are at the center of innovation, solving a very hard yet critical problem. People who enjoy white space innovation succeed at Thrive. - High Impact Work - We're building our tech stack ground up. Product and engineering have a very high impact on the direction of Thrive. High growth opportunities are plentiful for people who want to grow on the technical side as well as hone their leadership skills. - Huge Launches - Even though Thrive is a startup, we have a unique privilege of launching in some of the biggest fortune 500 companies. We build products in close collaboration with our customers and end users. - Boundaries are Respected - We need to work hard to get things out in a timely manner. That being said, recharge is highly recommended and encouraged. I have felt very comfortable drawing boundaries between my personal and professional life and have been successful at it. - Arianna unlocks doors to talk to the best in class experts in any field. We get to interface with the best behavior scientists and experts in the well being space.

Cons

Thrive is young and constantly evolving. Given we are at the heart of building something net new, we build just enough to see if there's traction before going too deep. If this fast pace is not for you, Thrive may be a hard place to work.

Pros

Working at Thrive Global has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my career. I’ve had the opportunity to work cross-functionally with smart, passionate teams who care deeply about both business performance and human well-being. There’s a strong focus on innovation, especially around using AI to democratize access to behavior change and expert-level coaching, which makes the work feel cutting-edge and meaningful. Thrive strikes a rare balance: we move fast and iterate constantly, but we also respect boundaries, recovery, and taking time to reset. That makes this a sustainable place to do ambitious work — a rarity in the startup and health tech worlds.

Cons

As with any fast-growing company, priorities shift quickly. This environment is best suited for self-starters who are energized by building things from the ground up and don’t need rigid structure to thrive.
