Pros

I joined Thrive's sales team right before the pandemic (which is a tough time to start a new job). I was nervous about onboarding remotely but because of Thrive's entry interview, I was able to ask for the flexibility I need on certain days, and it's been no problem for my team to accommodate. The Thrive product itself is more relevant now than ever. My sense of personal purpose has improved because I actually believe in the technology we're building and love seeing the impact it has in the lives of our customers. The people I'm working with are talented and brilliant, and I like that the team is given the time and resources to "drink our own champagne." If you're considering joining Thrive, ask whoever you're connecting with about Thrive Time and Giving Days, as those are 2 of my favorite perks for Thrivers.

Cons

I am thrilled to be part of the team, keep up the good work! I'd love more opportunities for remote workers to travel to the offices and meet other Thrivers in real life.

Pros

-Mission-driven company led by talented people who deeply care about the cause -Exciting, collaborative, past-paced work environment -Cutting-edge technology platform led by a visionary product leader -Great customers, including many of the world's most recognizable logos -CEO has incredible influence and reach

Cons

-Thrive is a STARTUP! This environment is not for everyone. Systems are still being built, processes are not fully streamlined, and we are still very much in growth mode. If you are someone who needs rigid infrastructure in your workplace, Thrive may not be the best environment for you. -Struggles with diversity, though this is something I know the Recruiting team is working to fix
