A Mindful Team and Great Mission

Pros

Mission is very clear and meaty. Team has high autonomy to solve user problems. Colleagues have high skill and are both no-bullshit and no-ego. Comp is solid, benefits are great. Team is growing very fast (which means a lot of opportunity for career growth).

Cons

Classic startup - outgrowing processes almost as soon as we make them. Lots of change. Not necessarily a con, but definitely something to be aware of coming in.

- Best leaders I have worked for - The people (I have made friendships here that will last a lifetime) -Room for growth - Small, fast pace company with a lot of freedom in your role - Great mission (putting an end to the stress and burnout epidemic) - Flexible remote work options

Cons

-Procedures and systems change often but thats part of being a small scrappy business going through growth
