Pros

Easy light job, that although has a somewhat hard rate to hit, once you get the hang of it it’s easy.

Cons

Mandatory overtime and bad management, as well as favoritism and nepotism, too much family members in leadership together.

Pros

Mission-Driven Culture: It’s incredibly rewarding to work for a company whose mission is aligned with my personal values—making healthy living and better-for-you products accessible to everyone, regardless of location. Remote-First Environment: I’m deeply grateful for our remote-first approach. It’s increased my productivity, reduced commuting stress, and given me more time to engage with our wonderful Employee Resource Groups. Strong Team Dynamics: I feel genuinely lucky to work with such a talented and collaborative team. We work seamlessly together, and I look forward to connecting with them daily. In-Person Company Events: Our bi-annual in-person gatherings are a great way to strengthen relationships across the organization. We also have quarterly leadership summits, which have been especially helpful as a newer leader. They're thoughtfully planned and a great investment in culture-building—especially valuable in a remote environment. Health & Wellbeing: The company truly walks the talk when it comes to employee wellness, which is refreshing and appreciated.

Cons

Pace & Prioritization: Like many growing companies, the workload can feel overwhelming at times. With numerous important initiatives happening at once, it can be difficult to prioritize or find time for strategic thinking. Lean Resourcing: The team’s impact is high, but we could benefit from more support in the form of entry-level roles. This would allow mid-level and senior staff to focus more effectively on their core responsibilities.

Pros

Everyone is incredibly supportive, with both team members and leaders always willing to help each other out and share insights. The company has a strong mission that drives everyone, making the work feel meaningful and impactful. The company's overall success and health are impressive, with a positive trajectory for growth and a bright future. It’s an exciting time to be part of a growing company, offering plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development. The leadership is open to positive change, and they actively encourage innovation and new ideas.

Cons

Communication across teams can be siloed at times, which can make cross-collaboration a bit challenging. The hypergrowth phase means there’s a lot of pressure to deliver results while systems and processes are still being built out. A work in progress!
