Thrive attracts amazing people and it's one of the biggest perks to working here. Everyone is fun, smart, and talented. It feels like a family. I'm constantly grateful to be part of such a supportive group of people who I am always learning from. Working together towards our mission to help people live happier and healthier lives is a close second and makes the challenging times totally rewarding!

Pros

Thrive Market's mission - to make a healthy lifestyle affordable and accessible to everyone - drives the whole company, both internally and externally. The leadership is extremely committed to establishing a well rounded company culture and to ultimately change the way America views food and healthy eating. They emphasize that when they look for employees they look for talent, passion and goodness - three qualities that I've seen in everyone I have worked with thus far. Also, the Thrive Gives program is not just an accessory that simply acts as a way to make our CSR look good, but actually is a HUGE component of the company and something our founders care deeply about. Perks include an awesome food program, weekly yoga/meditation, and a free membership to the site.

Cons

The hours can be long and there can be a flux of important deadlines piled on all at once, which can lead to some stress.
