Pros

I love the flexibility of remote work which is a reflection of the Execs fully trusting their employees. The company and its employees are genuinely mission-driven. The company is growing fast with lots of interesting and challenging problems to solve so there is plenty of room for growth!

Cons

While I love remote first work, I’ll acknowledge it is harder to get to know your colleagues and build really strong relationships. But management is pretty cognizant of this and has made bigger investments in company wide, in-person events which have been effective!
