Pros

Freedom to accomplish my tasks my way. I'm not micromanage. As long as I accomplish what I'm accountable for and want more growth, there has been opportunity. If your hungry for opportunity and hold yourself accountable for your actions, it is a great place to work.

Cons

One of the only downsides that I've experienced is that time off is capped and 120 hours and it's use it or lose it.

-Decent Pay -Decent Benefits -Other Team Members -Residents

Cons

-Management expected to work excessive hours on Salary -The Culture that is preached from day one, is not upheld -Will do/promise the world to preservative residents and their families, this puts unneeded stress on the whole team and can be heart breaking when the Resident comes to that realization. -Will bend over backwards to cut cost from operations then will spend money on the most useless purely Cosmetic items -Multiple locations are in a constant state of turn over in both front line and management positions, from terminations and resignations
