Pros

The ideas and what is on paper are great but you need follow through.

Cons

The different way of saying things may attract employees and residents, but the wrong priorities causes unhealthy turnover and can hurt the people we are paid to take care of.

Pros

I have learned so much about being a leader as well as strengthened my communication and critical thinking skills while working for Thrive Senior Living. This company recognizes and appreciates the uniqueness in its employees and rewards those who work hard and want to make a difference. I absolutely love this company and both the community level and service center teams that I work with.

Cons

As a relatively new and growing company, there can be some growing pains. But knowing that I am part of creating change for the seniors we serve and the team members we help to grow is all worth it.
