Pros

Beautiful communities, staff at the corporate office were always ready and willing to help, great support for employees during COVID.

Cons

The company started to lose/sell the communities. Top management focused on the fluff (less important company topics) instead of the tough topics that needed support.

Pros

This company builds you, not only as a team member, but as a person. Growth is encouraged in all aspects of life. The leadership team in my experience has a deep desire to see everyone succeed in every area of life. Culture at Thrive has been the main focus since the first day I started here. Team members feel like they are playing a role in something much larger than themselves. The hours fly by when you are provided purpose. The compensation is at the top level for each role in my geographical area and vertical growth happens consistently. Seeing your teammates step into higher levels of influence is a common occurrence. People are celebrated and valued.
