Pros

The salary and benefits are okay. The workplace location is also nice.

Cons

The management is unqualified to lead the employees in this company. The managers are biased, and they have their favorite employees. Unfortunately, if you're not a favorite, then prepare to be insulted and looked down at by the managers. They also don't provide enough support unless you are friends with them. This company's work culture is filled with nepotism, and given the current management, this won't go away any time soon.

Pros

Workload with talented individuals. It's great for folks that love doing what they are told no care about the consequences to them.

Cons

I worked here for 3 months. As had many who I followed. This place is horrible, CEO is a nightmare. I was shocked people were still working there. It is unprofessional and unethical. If you are a seasoned engineer, run I can't say enough about my experience. I thought I was in the twilight zone the entire time.

Pros

The location was perfect for me because it was too close to where I live. The pay and benefits were also decent.

Cons

I didn't like how they favored few people over other performance employees. I was unfortunately not one of the lucky ones so I had to work twice as hard so my efforts would be seen and recognized but to no avail. That made me lose interest and motivation to continue striving.
