Pros

Everyone work professionally, not much complaining.

Cons

Everyone is pushed to work very hard because of the small number of staff we have here. Our work is doubled but don't get paid extra.

We value hard work and a good day's work. Thru makes no secret that it has been funded by family money. So inherently you would expect to work hard. If it was your investments, what would you expect?
