Pros

No pros except for a steady paycheck which is below the average for the area. Even Kingstree Hospital (very small) pays techs more.

Cons

Understaffed. All Senior techs are leaving and going elsewhere. Management is horrible. No contact with them if you work anything other than bankers hours. No room for growth!

Colleagues are nice. So are the nurses and doctors.

Cons

HR is only there to protect management and their bad decisions. No foresight from management. Everything falls on employees. No accountability for leaders. They make it seem like a good company but if you ever make a mistake or make the wrong person irate, they will fry you. They can & will find any reason to fire you if they want to. Turnover is very high because of this. Pharmacy managers do not listen and instead make you feel like you have done wrong when you have not. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to work at this company. They promise employees first shot at new jobs but nobody ever moves horizontally. Management prevents that at all cost. If they find out you want to move to a different department, you will be fired within a month.

leadership team focused on their own success no accountability for those not performing as expected. They never fire people they should.
