Still divisions (glass ceilings) between admin and program staff.

Beautiful location Great views of the golden Gate bridge Great weather

Cons

Tides is not an honest, nourishing and mentoring environment. Social responsibility and social care is preached, but not practiced. There is lack of cooperation and unison among employees. Employees are not showing to work willing to cooperate and serve others. The feeling is more like ducking for cover and waiting for the next torpedo. Tides has lost its way.

Supports critical work in the community. Potential to be awesome. Great coworkers. Working in The Presidio can't be beat.

Cons

New leadership has undermined this organizations work over the past few years. Senior leaders take a my way or the high way mentality. Doesn't listen to managers and staff if you aren't on the "liked list".
