Pros

The new CEO will transform the landscape of Tides for the better. Coworkers are about as kind and welcoming as they come. Incredible location in the Presidio with views of the Golden Gate Bridge.

Cons

Being in the Presidio is both a pro and a con. While relaxing, it does feel very separate from the rest of the hustle and bustle of San Francisco. Logistically, it is hard to get down time quickly for meetings but also being far away probably results in several missed opportunities for meeting others and networking.

Cons

Too many C-Level transitions in recent years with respective decisions made with wide, wide reaching implications that have left the organization impoverished, in multiple ways, and struggling. A Senior Leadership team that does not value its staff.
