Friendly staff, Diverse, Amazing culture Hard workers, many staff care about their relationship with clients and most of the workers out in a lot of work.

Cons

Need more room for growth Need to be more up to speed with recent technology Try and hold more meetings for an innovation lab

Challenges in finding new leadership. As it's a non-profit, salaries are almost not living wages in San Francisco.
